Advantages of using memes as additional material in the educational process

The article presents the results of evaluating effectiveness using Internet memes as teaching material during English classes. In this research, analysis elements network communication was carried out: stages its creation, transformation and deconstruction were considered, cultural linguistic potential additional revealed. meme is considered a complex unit comparison verbal nonverbal component, which seems to be fairly effective means foreign language with help visualizing material. theoretical (analysis base, synthesis classification) practical (sampling, analysis, questionnaire) methods used.
